Does it bother you that you can switch PMs to more advanced machinery for free? Then this mod is for you.
In this mod, you need to build everything that has physical form- machinery, streets, houses, churches, offices.
Features
*To use more advanced PMs, either build new machines in the same state to unlock them or build whole new factories, depending on the PM
*This results in more incremental, gradual transition to more advanced technology
*Private Construction Sector
*Housing industry
*Commercial industry
*Buildings containing factories and businesses are separate buildings that also must be constructed
*School and Hospital buildings provide the effects of Education and Healthcare institutions to the state. The institutions’ global effects have been halved.
*Hydroelectric Power Plants are built like limited resources. All states get 1. States with river and waterfall modifiers get many more.
*Draft Transporters building representing horse-drawn, or other animal-drawn personal and freight transportation industry

*Most goods added in the mod are local goods.
*Streets are built on Arable Land, like farms.
*Streets provide Urban Lots good, which is input for most urban buildings.
*Construction Sector produces Construction good, which is input good for most buildings as maintenance, and is input for Constructions Permit Office, which gives construction points.
*Residential buildings provide Housing and Luxury Housing goods, which are 20% of POP needs.
*Factory buildings (Manufactory, Mill, Factory, Plant) provide Industrial Space, which is input for industries.
*Commercial buildings (Shops, Offices, Skyscrapers, etc.) provide Commercial Space, which is input for businesses.
*More advanced PMs are either only available in more advanced buildings unlocked by technology, or they require a machinery building in the same state to provide necessary input. i.e. You need to build a Water-tube Boiler building before you can use the Water-tube Boiler PM on your factories in that state.
*Financial Districts don’t have employees, but require Professional Services, which is mainly supplied by Financial Industry.
*Company HQs require Commercial Space.
*Urban Center is stripped down to only laborers producing Service. Church is a separate building.
