Description:

Adds Wakamo from Blue Archive as the leader of Kivotos, with two selectable versions:

Leader Versions (only affects AI behaviour)

• Wakamo – More aggressive, with stronger military and expansion priorities. Tries to play toward a Diplomacy Victory and works well with AI bonuses on higher difficulties.
• Wakamo (Swimsuit) – More passive, focused on growth and science.

Leader Ability

• Defeating naval, air, armored, siege, helicopter, anti-air, and anti-armor units grants 50 Gold and has a 33% chance to convert the defeated unit.

Unique Unit

• Wakamo – Replaces the Rifleman. Stronger than the standard Rifleman by 40%, gains 75 extra Gold and heals twice as much from pillaging tiles.

Unique Building

• Mask Shop – Replaces the Market. Keeps the Market’s normal benefits and adds +3 Culture and +1 Tourism.
