Streamlined Main Menu Skin – Fog of War
This mod is a version of my original Streamlined Main Menu Skin Mod, but with official Age of Empires II HD artwork – ‘Fog of War’ – from the Age of Empires II HD Trading Card series, as requested by DmiZ and [FOR] Reason.
This skin simplifies the game’s initial menu screen into a neat series of options, with an official Age of Empires II HD Background.
Icons underneath the main menu display the installed DLC – for the base game, the AoK (red) and AoC (blue) helmets are displayed, with the AoAF (green) and AoAK (yellow) helmets displayed as well, if those DLCs are active.
This mod also changes one or two of the in-lobby icons (‘Mirror’ and ‘Spectator’) for a neater look.
The background can be easily changed, so let me know if there’s a version of this mod with different AoE2-related artwork you would like.
