he’s a bit small, but you can just use the Ragdoll Resiser if you want him a bit bigger. [might mess up his eyes tho]
or use him with Morphx’s ports of the Enhanced Sonic models or like any model around his size.
A few addons I’d recommend to use with him would be: Ragdoll Mover, No Collide Everything, and of course Advanced Faceposer.
As these can help reach positions akin to SFM given GMod’s movement limitations.
If posing fingers are a bit iffy I’d recommend using either Ragdoll Mover or Advanced Bone Tool, sure its a bit tedious to use but it can give full range of movement that fingerposer can’t reach along with more precise posing.
