This is just regular, unremarkable gm_construct, which definitely doesn’t have any monsters or anything like this

This map features a unique survival mechanic. You have exactly 60 seconds to build your defenses or fortify a room. Once the countdown ends, the Q-menu construction will be disabled.
BUT YOUR BULDINGS WILL NOT HELP YOU, MUHAHAHAHAH
He is coming. He is looking for you. Make sure your defense is strong enough to withstand someone who doesn’t know the meaning of mercy.
