- New Stories, New Adventures: Upon reaching an unassigned foreign city, your Capital gains +1 to all Yields. When assigned to another civilization’s Capital, that civilization cannot declare war on you. When assigned to a City-State, functions as 3 Envoys.
- Perfect Performance: When assigned to another civilization’s Capital, that civilization cannot exert Loyalty pressure on your cities, and Grievances decrease by an additional 10 per turn. Gain +1 Trade Route Capacity upon first arrival.
- Hero Takes the Stage!: The City-State with this Governor assigned gains greatly increased City Defense and cannot be besieged. Grants 1 free Envoy to the first City-State this Governor is assigned to.
- A Perfect Duo: +3 Influence Points and +3 Diplomatic Favor. The civilization of the assigned city gains +3 Opinion towards you per turn. When assigned to a suzerained City-State, your Capital gains +30% to the corresponding Yield based on the City-State type.
- Broker’s Secrets: Permanently copies the Luxury Resources improved by this city. When assigned to another civilization’s Capital, your Capital gains 100% of all Yields from that city.
- Woolies Save the World!: Functions as an additional 9 Envoys. Upon next assignment to a City-State, gain double Envoys based on the number of suzerained City-States at one time.
