If you still encounter issues, please give me as much detail as possible regarding the map you’re running AND your full server’s modlist if possible.


What Is This?

This mod is a dependency requirement for many of my standalone mods and my Zen Mod Pack.

I know it’s annoying to require a core framework mod to run my other mods, but it is for the best.

Many of my mods reuse the same code, and given that I have 70+ mods floating around, I thought it was about time I streamlined all my reused code into a single mod.

This should improve server performance (marginally), but most importantly, improve the management overhead for my own mod development.

Features

This mod doesn’t come with a lot of features that the average player will care about, it is more for my own mods to build upon.

Here’s a short list – if you’re a modder, feel free to look into the source code for more details:
– A base framework for managing config files, including syncing to the client and saving database files
– A base framework for managing client-side settings in the game’s Options menu
– A base framework for interacting with Discord webhooks (previously contained in my Raid Alarm mod)
– A base framework for spawning objects onto static objects (eg. Firewood piles, Chicken coops, invisible mapgroupproto objects)
– Dozens of helper functions for various game mechanics used across many of my mods, and a 3D model base for deployable kits

Installation Instructions:

Install this mod like any other mod – copy it into your server folder and add it to your mods list. Make sure to copy the .bikey into your server keys if you’re not using a server management tool like OmegaManager which does that automatically.

This mod must be run on both client and server.

Like most DayZ mods, it also requires Community Framework to function.

Repack & Source Code:

I recommend not repacking this mod unless you’re a very experienced modder and server admin, but you can repack this mod if you like, and do anything else you want with it for that matter. Just keep in mind my future updates won’t be applied so make sure to check back for new versions if you notice any bugs. The source code is on my GitHub at www.zenarchist.com
