Phoebe Leader Expansion Pack
Added new leader Phoebe to Carlotta pack, require Carlotta pack by definition.
Leader Ability:
Warm wind from the sea: for every district build close to water tile, local city get +1 amenity.
Karma: increase faith amount for good things you did and decrease faith for evil things. For every district you build, +100 faith and +1 reknown to local city. For improvement you build +25 faith and 1 reknown. When units repair improvements or route, +10 faith and 1 reknown, +25 if clear contamination, When units do plunder and pillaging, remove reknown in local city and -2500 faith. For every turn, gains faith for each city’s population, life quality and reknown.
Prayer: Gains hero unit Phoebe at the beginning of game, with the cost of 50 faith and 1 movement, Phoebe may wish for a miracle, miracle effect contains heal nearby units, repair city defenses, repair improvements and routes, repair district and buildings, completes city production, completes tech or civic, additional gold. The effect type you get based on the situation, for example, you are more likely get unit healing if hero unit Phoebe was damage, get district repaired if district walls and garrison damaged, improvement repair if improvements where hero unit stands was damaged, gold if your gold balance is negative.Units belong to other player may change to your side when healed by Phoebe, other player’s city may change to Phoebe’s side if Phoebe got high reknown in thus city.
Ring of Mirror: When hero unit Phoebe attacks enemy, generate a ring of mirror on enemy’s location and pulls nearby nemies in, when other of your units attack on ring of mirror’s location, deals damage to all enemies in this plot. When Phoebe attack ring of mirror location, warp Phoebe in and kills all enemies in this plot, if Phoebe can not reach that plot, deals damage to local enemies and city defense instead. When Phoebe attacks inside ring of mirror, enhance this attack, cause damage to all nearby nemies nearby enemy’s location. When Phoebe attacks enemy not in ring of mirror but it was already exists, replace it with a new ring of mirror. Every ring of mirror last max to 3 turns.
