Thruster Speed Controller (also works with other things)
A Vanilla way for connected components speed to be varied by sending out fast pulses of specific intervals.
* Wire components to the light green logic gate to vary their power output.
* Green button to increase power output
* Red button to decrease power output

* Works best with thrusters but can also control the speed of engines and pistons if set up right
* Has 4 different speeds it can output (Constant On, on 3/4 of the time, 1/2 of the time and 1/4 of the time)
