The RAF-22038 Latvia are Soviet types of minibuses and special low—tonnage vehicles based on them, which were mass-produced at the Riga Bus Factory from 1975 to 1997. Cars of this model were widely used as official vehicles, ambulances and minibuses until the 2000s.
