Anton Chigurh
Anton Chigurh is the antagonist in the movie "No Country for Old Men". He is one of the best in his role and also the most realistic psychopath. He didn’t kill anyone.
The mod itself has two variations of the character: usual (as in the photo) and with a simplified face. Also, in addition to the character, this mod can replace the shotgun model with a Remington 11-87 like Anton’s. Both character models and the shotgun can be spawned for later scenes. I haven’t checked but the mod is available for multiplayer.
