Shield Armor Repairing Updated

What does this mod do?
Allows engineers to fully repair damaged shields, skirts, fenders, glass, and external armor parts on tanks and vehicles.

The original mod had a bug where most components were still set as permanently destroyed. This version fixes all 12 affected components across all vehicle types.

Repaired components:
Shields, skirts, and fenders
Glass and lamp components
External cut parts

Compatibility:
Wunderwaffe (Updated): Compatible — place Shield Armor Repairing after Wunderwaffe Updated in the mod list
Conquest Enhanced v2 + "CEv2 Wunderwaffe Compatibility Patch": Compatible — place Shield Armor Repairing LAST, after the compatibility patch. The patch overwrites the tank file, so this mod must load after it for the shield repairs to keep working.
Mace & Valour: Compatible — load order does not matter
Compatible with most other mods

Recommended load order (when using Conquest Enhanced v2):
1. Wunderwaffe (Updated)
2. Conquest Enhanced v2
3. (your other mods)
4. CEv2 Wunderwaffe Compatibility Patch
5. Shield Armor Repairing Updated (this mod — LAST)
