Hearts of Rust | Classic
An old but still updated rarely Modern World War mod. Has four factions (USA, EU, China, Russia) and some detailed mechanics like morale, resource limits, energy, disease and some more.
This is a very lightweight mod, got very little number of units but it got some detailed mechanics for a more complex game. To start out, you have to expand your base using the electric links, access resource pools and expand your base, attack and defend. Do not worry the early game rush is not too possible for unexperienced players so it is very hard to rush early, so you have the time to build and grow.
