Elven People
Credits
– "10,000 Faces of Wildermyth!" and "Faces of Fantasy" respectively for the artwork and code for adding the Elven ears.
– Big credits to the "Drauven Pcs" community that helped me with all the coding.
Elves will sometimes appear as citizen of the Yondering.
* Elves live old, but no second chance if they die (they are permanently "maimed").
* Multiclassing : Elves can have abilities from all classes, but no ability upgrades.
* Stats change to elves (+50 retirement age, -1 hp, +5 dodge, +1 perception, -5 recovery rate, -5 tenacity, Immune to compulsion and charms).
* Elves have pointy ears (3 kinds).
How to use
* When creating a new character, hit "Randomize" until they have pointy ears.
* Don’t die. Have fun.
Known issues
* When recruiting a Legacy character, you can select a "child" ability without the "parent" one. I am still on the fence whether I am changing this, because of the visual implications.
* Non-Mystic Elves with the Interfusion ability do not see the spells given by scenery on the tooltip/mouseover. It seems to be hardcoded within the game, only a Mystic or a character equipped with Thnarrs will properly see the interfusions. I don’t think I can fix this one.
Supported languages: English, French
Mod Incompatibilties
* "Expanded Humans: Traits" makes Elves WAY less likely to appear (maybe 1/1000). As of now, this mod alter stats in a deprecated way, so I suggest not to use the mod until it is updated in some way.
