Cheat Mod
This is the cheat mod I use when I need to make tests in the game. Basically it’s like a reverse player penalty mod where the AI instead suffers the same penalties the player used to, but increased even further to extremes.
Lots of money, recruiting, building and research for the player. Basically none for the AI.
