1938: Nazi scientists begin working on a super-virus called "Dark Eagle". Modelled off rabies, it was designed to be used for mass extermination in ghettos and enemy nations.
1941: Darke Eagle is complete, and samples are taken to Lappland, Vienna, Rome, Barcelona, Manchuria, Budapest, Sofia, Kyoto and Paris.
1956: The Soviets and East germans discover samples of the virus in Hungary and Nazi camps, as well as the PRC finding samples in Manchuria. All samples are taken to Warsaw and Moscow, but some samples are believed to of been placed in orbit around the Earth and Moon.
1991: After the collapse of the iron curtain, the Dark Eagle samples are either destroyed by the Soviets and Poles, or locked up in underground bunkers in unknown locations in the Ex-USSR, Poland, Western Africa and Brazil.
1997: A group of farmers find samples in Siberia, and become infected
