Landmarks of Legend — SFO Compatibility Patch is a dedicated compatibility patch for Landmarks of Legend and SFO: Grimhammer III.
It adapts landmark units, special units, garrisons, building effects and SFO cap logic to current SFO balance while preserving the original landmark content and campaign identity.
- Makes Landmarks of Legend compatible with SFO: Grimhammer III.
- Updates landmark units, special units and related battlefield profiles for SFO balance.
- Fixes and updates SFO unit caps granted by landmark buildings.
- Adjusts damaged-building cap logic so damaged landmarks no longer keep full SFO cap bonuses.
- Updates armed citizenry / landmark garrison integration to reduce duplicate or outdated entries.
- Checks and repairs unit sets, cap targeting, abilities, projectiles, vortexes and special effects used by landmark content.
- Fixes missing localisation keys for visible landmark-related units.
- Uses current SFO and current vanilla game references for cleaner compatibility.
- Launch-tested with the required dependency stack.

Recommended load order, from top to bottom:

In Total War: WARHAMMER III, mods placed higher in the load order have priority over mods below them. Keep this patch above Landmarks of Legend and SFO so its compatibility changes can properly override the required mods.
This is a compatibility and balance patch only. It is focused on SFO integration for landmark units, special units, garrisons, building effects, damaged-building logic, unit caps, abilities, projectiles, vortexes and localisation.
A new campaign is strongly recommended, especially after major updates to Landmarks of Legend or SFO. Large landmark, garrison and overhaul patches may not behave cleanly when added or removed mid-campaign.
Do not use multiple SFO compatibility patches for Landmarks of Legend at the same time unless they are explicitly designed to work together.
This patch is designed for Landmarks of Legend + SFO: Grimhammer III.
Potential conflicts may happen with mods that change the same landmarks, landmark garrisons, landmark units, special units, building effects, damaged-building effects, unit caps, abilities, projectiles, vortexes, localisation keys or SFO progression logic.
If you also use Heroes of Legend, this patch is designed to work together with the Heroes of Legend SFO Compatibility Patch, since Heroes of Legend depends heavily on Landmarks of Legend for character recruitment and scripted unlock logic.
If you notice wrong landmark caps, missing garrison units, duplicate armed citizenry entries, incorrect building effects, broken special units, missing localisation, broken tooltips or other SFO-related problems, please report them in the comments.
If possible, include your load order and mention any other mods that affect Landmarks of Legend, SFO, landmarks, garrisons, special units, building effects, unit caps, abilities, projectiles or campaign scripts.
