Arms & Armor
Includes an additional mod: Guild & Gold.
Changes were made based off of weapon and armor types, certain weapons and materials would cost more or less to upgrade than others.
Exceptions
- Abomination: Weapon upgrades are free as his claws size, strength, and damage are from his mutation and not the blacksmith.
- Highwayman: The firearm is more complex than simple and martial weapons, it costs more to upgrade.
- Flagellant: Armor upgrade is cheaper as his skin is not being upgraded by the blacksmith only the small bits of armor that he wears.

Occultist, Plague Doctor, Shieldbreaker

Hellion, Houndmaster
- Weapons: 600, 1200, 2400, 4800
- Armor: 750, 1500, 3000, 6000
Arbalest, Bounty Hunter, Vestal
- Weapons: 750, 1500, 3000, 6000
- Armor: 900, 1800, 3600, 7200
Crusader, Leper, Man-at-Arms
- Weapons: 900, 1800, 3600, 7200
- Armor: 1050, 2100, 4200, 8400
Abomination
- Weapons: 0, 0, 0, 0
- Armor: 300, 600, 1200, 2400
Highwayman
- Weapons: 900, 1800, 3600, 7200
- Armor: 600, 1200, 2400, 4800
Flagellant

Guild Skill Prices: 500, 750, 1000, 1250, 1500
Conflicts: Any mod that alters Hero Upgrades, this is why Guild & Gold is included with Arms & Armors.
