Description:

From the mysterious seas of the rimworld, a humanoid figure drifted ashore. With blue skin, bioluminescent organs, and features reminiscent of a nudibranch, the Moyo were first witnessed in this way.

Moyos dwell within their own vast deep-sea city, ‘The Lighthouse’, hidden far beneath the ocean. They are descendants of a glitterworld wanderlusts that once sought to colonize the ocean depths, altering their bodies to adapt to life in the ocean during their long voyages. Though the memory of these origins has long faded, the products of their genetic modifications remains deeply intertwined with their lives and culture.

‘Deepblue’, a substance contained within their blue blood, possesses remarkable medical potential and can be applied across numerous fields of medicine. Moyo society has developed extensively around this substance, advancing in areas ranging from healthcare to pharmaceuticals, and it has become closely tied to the economy of ‘The Lighthouse’ as well.

Moyos prospered within ‘The Lighthouse’, but for reasons unknown, increasing numbers of them have begun ascending to the surface of the rim. Before long, ‘The Cartel’, one of the organizations of ‘The Lighthouse’, also established a presence on land. What impact will their arrival have on the surface of the rim? And what kind of relationship will you forge with them?

About Moyos

Moyos are residents of "The Lighthouse", a city hidden in the depths of the sea, and possess physical traits well suited to underwater environments. They also possess a unique characteristic:
By installing a "Deepblue Extractor’, they can produce ‘Deepblue’, a substance used to manufacture a wide range of medicines and pharmaceuticals.

Compared to most humans, the majority of Moyo possess the following traits:

  • Greater health scale
  • Slower movement and work speed
  • Slower but more accurate shooting
  • Strong aptitude for research, medical and drug production

These characteristics may vary depending on the Moyo’s Xenotype.

This mod supports extensive customization options. Players can currently mix and match 15 types of front hair, 15 types of back hair, 13 facial variants, and 3 bioluminescent color options.

In addition, the Moyo supports Xenotypes, with 2 Xenotypes currently included.

Factions

The mod includes two distinct factions, each with their own equipment and aesthetic style: the ‘Lighthouse Refugees’, who have left ‘The Lighthouse’ for reasons unknown, and ‘The Cartel’, which seeks to expand its business operations onto the surface.

In particular, players can establish a partnership through trade with the ‘The Cartel’, a wealthy enterprise , gaining access to a variety of services they provide. (Currently in development.)

Gears and Items

The mod includes not only equipment themed around The Lighthouse and The Cartel, but also a variety of drugs, medicines, and production facilities. The mod currently includes:

  • 26 apparel
  • 19 weapons
  • 11 drugs and medicine
  • 4 production facilities and 3 resources
  • and more!

Additional content is planned for future updates, further expanding the range of features and gameplay options available.




Starting scenarios

The mod currently includes two starting scenarios:

‘Lighthouse deserters’, a classic scenario where you begin with three Moyos who have left The Lighthouse for unknown reasons.

‘Cartel Rogue Asset’, a lone cartel defecter equipped with advanced gear but permanently hostile to The Cartel. (Currently in development.)
