More Governors
Two sets of rules are added to the game’s General options, which separately control the extra number of governors available to players and AI.
There are seven selectable levels for each rule, providing Army Governors and Naval Governors with 0 / 1 / 3 / 5 / 10 / 20 / 1000 extra slots respectively.
The quantity set by these rules will refresh when starting the game and at the end of every month.
Supports Chinese, Japanese and English. These translations have been checked by me.
Korean, Russian, French and German are also available. However, these versions are fully AI-translated. Given the code used in localization files, errors in these files cannot be ruled out.
