主流文化人口总是不够用?这个模组增加了一个新建筑,建成后可以按你选定的文化批量产出人口。不过,产出速度和教育水平之间需要你自行权衡——教到什么程度,直接决定了这批人最终能胜任什么层级的岗位。
Ever struggled with a shortage of mainstream culture pops? The National Fertility Institute lets you construct dedicated cultivation facilities to mass-produce pops of your chosen culture — but how well you educate them determines how far they can climb the economic ladder.

无教育培养 · No Education
产出极快,但识字率为0。中后期大量文盲劳工无法晋升到高资质岗位,容易造成结构性失业。
Produces pops extremely fast, but at zero literacy. In the mid-to-late game, masses of illiterate labourers will struggle to promote into qualified jobs, leading to structural unemployment.
基础教育培养 · Basic Education
产出较快,识字率50%。适合早期工业化阶段,这些人口可以逐步填充机械师和职员等岗位。
Fast output at 50% literacy. Ideal for early industrialisation — pops can gradually fill machinist and clerk positions.
高等教育培养 · Higher Education
产出速度中等,识字率80%。适合产业升级时期,大部分技术岗位都能胜任。
Moderate output at 80% literacy. Suitable for industrial upgrading — pops are qualified for most skilled positions.
英才教育培养 · Elite Education
产出最慢,但识字率达到100%。出来的人口可以直接担任工程师、职员等高资质工作,不会出现失业问题。后期推荐。
Slowest output but 100% literacy. Cultivated pops can immediately fill engineers, clerks, and other high-qualification jobs with zero unemployment. Recommended for late game.
- 文化选择决议——通过事件选择目标文化。产出的人口会自动皈依国教,并转化为你选中的文化。
Culture selection decision — pick your target culture via an event. Generated pops will automatically adopt the state religion and convert to the chosen culture. - 纯粹的质与量取舍——不消耗纸张、工具等任何额外资源,只在于你更看重产出速度还是人口素质,能适配各种经济策略。
Pure quantity-vs-quality trade-off — no additional goods consumed (no paper, tools, etc.). Fits seamlessly into any economic strategy.
- 建造国立生育所后,在决议面板中选择“选择生育所目标文化”,从你的主体文化中指定一个作为产出目标。
After constructing the Institute, click "Select Birth Center Target Culture" in the Decisions panel — pick one of your primary cultures as the output target. - 此后,该建筑所在的地区会周期性地自动生成对应文化和国教的人口。
The building’s state will then periodically auto-generate pops of that culture and religion. - 前期 → 无教育培养:快速拉高人口基数,先把农场、矿场等基础岗位填满。
Early game → No Education: rapidly build your population base to fill farms, mines, and other basic jobs. - 中后期 → 切换至英才教育:虽然产出变慢,但每个新人口都是即战力,能直接填补高资质岗位的空缺。
Mid-to-late game → switch to Elite Education: slower output, but every new pop is workforce-ready, instantly filling high-qualification vacancies. - AI 不会建造此建筑,属于玩家的专属战略工具。
AI will never build this — it’s a purely player-only strategic tool.
