Hired for a bit of Matrix recon on everyone’s favorite mega, Ares Macrotechnology, your team finds themself beset by a Firewatch response team almost the moment they begin. Is Ares onto your mission or did someone on the crew betray you?
A short mod featuring around an hour to an hour and a half of gameplay and story. Interesting characters and enemies that scale with your character’s karma (you also have the ability to adjust the scale at the Arcade). There’s a combat free option for the Mercury portion of the matrix, and karma rewards for completionists. Decide who lives and who dies, and take sides in the final battle.
As a warning, this mod uses the old-school matrix style and the middle scene is extremely cpu heavy. Story is complete (pending bug fixes, etc).
