Description:

Sooo… This is my first mod for 3K, which give "prime minister effects" to all ministers including Sun Ce, Gongsun Zan, Yellow Turbans and Nanman Court (administrators, Liu Baio tutors etc. exluded)

I know that similar modifications already exist, but from what I checked they are either out of date or do not affect all factions

Please give me your feedback!
