Common Sense [B42.19+]
This mod is a standalone.
The update for Common Sense by BitBraven is finally here!
There are so many half-baked patches and updates that either cut out a bunch of features or straight out don’t work… Is it that hard to fully update a mod like this? I don’t think so. So here’s my attempt to fully revive our beloved mod.
- 1. Pry open Doors, Windows and Vehicles with Crowbars.
- 2. Collect Garbage, Materials, etc. off the ground.
- 3. (new) Reload all selected magazines at once.
- 4. Attach hand Flashlights to the toolbelt.
- 5. Gun Ammo Counter on the Top Left of the screen.
- 6. Use any scissors or screwdrivers to open canned food (can get injured).
- 7. (new) Replace dirty bandages.
- 8. Equip items right from the ground.
- 9. Wash only equipped or unequipped items.
- 10. Make Sheets with improvised materials.
- 11. Use Alcohol to sanitize Dirty Bandages.
- 12. Easier fuel transfer in campfires, bbqs, fireplaces…
Features already in vanilla:
- Collect forest goods from the ground.
- Repair various weapons and tools with glue.
- Highlight vehicle’s engine, battery and fuel condition in the dashboard.
- Pour the contents of containers into the ground.
- Wash only weapons.

Ongoing updates shouldn’t break it, I hope…What about multiplayer?As far as I tested, the main features are working!
