• Try binding the Mouse 5 (Front side-button) to ‘P’ and Mouse 4 (Rear side-button) to ‘Backspace’ for the Total War games. While using the key ‘T’ to control the pace in game.

• Rebalanced Spears to improve their performance against swords and axes, while slightly reducing their anti-cavalry bonuses.

• The overall combat experiences should feel a lot different now.

• Minor speed tweaks for certain units.
• Tweaked up overall charge distance commence run.
– This fixes some weird situations when you right click on an enemy unit to make your unit to charge at them but your unit would only start to walk towards them instead of running or charging.
– You are now able to right-click Only Once (not Twice) on an enemy unit to make your unit start to Run towards and finally charge at them (like in the later Total War games). It will first start to run, then apply charge stance and charge speed when there’s 50 feet or so depending on the unit. This change might save you some clicking when there are 20 something units you need to make them charge, making the operations more fluidly. Right-clicking twice can still do, it will still function as it was.

– Aligns their survivability with some of their visually lack of armor;
– The change feels much more subtle in practice, so don’t let the 70% nerf scares you, the fact that it takes a 70% nerf only proves how much they needed the tweak.

• Cavalry & Elephants & Warhounds are Now Move Even Faster on Battles. (Than with DeI – Faster Movement – kam2150)
• While the Infantry overall movement speed still remains the same as in DeI – Faster Movement – kam2150.
• Works on both Vanilla and DEI.
