「艦隊これくしょん～艦これ～」より、わんこの渾名でおなじみの港湾棲姫です。
誰も深海勢は作ってないので作ってみました。

●必須DLCなしにしました。キュロスと同じだったアジェンダが変わっていますのでご注意ください。
●沿岸要塞の交易路追加はやっぱり強すぎるのでRaF準拠にしました（効果削除）。

– Unlock Technology : Machine
– +1 Gold, +2 Production. Can be built on Coasts and Oceans.
– Replaces the Harbor district.
– This District have hitpoints and generate ZOC.
– +1 Science from adjecent Campus. +1 Culture from adjecent Theater.
– The other abilities are the same as Royal Navy Dockyard.
