Ferdicten’s Venetian Arsenal
Adds the Venetian Arsenal Wonder from Civilization 6 to the game, including wonder completion music (Enable music in-game to be able to hear it.)
The Arsenal of Venice was a sprawling complex of shipyards, armories, and weapons shops in the Republic of Venice. It was termed "the most important example of a large production complex with a centralized structure of pre-industrial civilization".
I chose a Great Merchant point to mesh with the Venetian Civilization’s UU (Merchant of Venice). I chose 33% Production because it is nearly halfway between the 15% granted by the Temple of Artemis and the 50% granted by the Kremlin.
