Description:

IT Services Pack — Have you tried turning your empire off and on again?

You’ve conquered retail, food, and fitness. Now it’s time for the businesses that run on coffee, programmers, and questionable uptime.

IT Services Pack adds three new office businesses to Big Ambitions — each with its own hourly service fee, server requirements, and a very real daily power bill. Customers are digital-only (they never walk in). Revenue comes from programmers on shift at workstations, just like Web Dev — not from vibes and blinking LEDs.

Server infrastructure (yes, it’s required)
Buy and place Blade, Rack, and Mainframe servers from Lux Concept and Essentials Appliances:

Blade Server — $2,500 · $40/day power & connectivity
Rack Server — $5,000 · $80/day
Mainframe Server — $35,000 · $160/day
Each business type needs the right mix of servers for your office size. Skip them and your business won’t meet requirements — the game is very firm about that.

Features
– 3 new office business types on the city map
– Tiered server furniture with daily infrastructure fees
– Set your hourly rates in BizMan (within what customers will actually pay)
– In-game Help entry explaining servers, fees, and vendors

How to get started
1. Enable IT Services Pack on your save from the main menu Mods screen.
2. Rent an office and pick IT Support Desk, Software Development Agency, or Cloud Services Office.
3. Set up programmer workstations (same office loop as Web Development).
4. Buy servers from Lux Concept or Essentials Appliances and place them.
5. Hire programmers, set your hourly fee in BizMan, open on schedule, watch the tickets roll in.
– Pro tip: Scale revenue with more staff on shift, not by cranking the hourly fee into orbit. Customers have opinions. So does the pricing algorithm.
