R.S.V. Atoll (Fishery Survey Boat) w/ Fishing Net

The R.S.V Atoll is the fastest 40-ft vessel of OMUA’s (Oceanic Marine Underwater Agency) Fishery Division. Launched in 2024 after an expedited 7-months of R&D by OMUA, the sleek Atoll reaches speeds of 50 knots while allowing the deployment of an expandable fishing net. Designed to sample and study fish health, the Atoll also features a large hopper system for collecting fish, as well as the standard technology, including multibeam sonar, 2 radar systems, an advanced autopilot and more. The boat is outfitted with a bridge, crew level with a research area, small lounge and cabin. Intended for small crews and short trips, the Atoll is manned a standard operations crew of 2 and up to 3 other staff. As with all OMUA vessels, all systems are designed to be operated by a 1-man crew, in case of emergencies.
