Francisco Xavier (Alternate Leader for Spain)
A missionary empire that "pays for everything with Faith." Inspired by the
historical Jesuit Francis Xavier, this leader converts Faith into military,
economic, scientific, and cultural power.
Note: As an alternate leader for Spain, the civ ability remains "Treasure Fleet."

– +2 Faith from every City Center
– Form Corps at Divine Right and Armies at Reformed Church
