Cooldown Notifier
Provides alerts and notifications for cooldown expirations. Automatically watch major ones such as Enforce Culture, Invite Settlers, and optionally the 1.3 Estate Interactions (off by default, use the settings panel to enable). Also supports Truce timers (reading from the configured length, no matter what a mod might change it to), as well as setting reminders manually.
Depends on Community Mod Framework. Use the CMF action bar controls from the Mod menu to access settings, including changing which cooldowns are monitored, or to see the list of cooldowns and manual timers running. Checks cooldowns at the monthly tick. Save/Load safe, Multiplayer safe.
