You need the Gathering Storm Expansion and Rise and Fall Expansion.

[Civilization Trait]
Girls Und Panzer – Senshadou:
Receive a second heavy cavalry unit each time you train a heavy cavalry unit.

[Unique Unit]
Academy Ship:
Can gain Science, Culture and Great Scientist Point.
Can’t Initiate attack.
Can get promotion from technology develop, then yields will be more.

Miho Nishizumi – Pz. IV Ausf. H:
Miho’s Unique unit. Replace Tank. Better than the vanilla tank.

Anzu Kadotani – Jagdpanzer Hetzer:
Anzu’s Unique unit. Replace AT Crew. Have more mobility, and can launch range attack.

[Leader Trait]
Miho Nishizumi – Nishizumi-style:
All Heavy Cavalry unit gain +300% Flanking bonuses and +50% Experience.
Cities with garrison unit gain +2 Amenity and +10 Loyalty per turn.

Anzu Kadotani – Ooarai President:
Academy Ships have no maintenance, and can provide +2 Gold, +2 Influence and +1 Favor per turn.
Heavy Cavalry and Anti Cavalry units can make enemy Heavy Cavalry units which in 2 tiles -2 Movement, and -7 Combat Strength when defending.
