St. Bartholomew’s Cathedral in Hollywood Hills has been purchased by the Rising Promise Foundation, a charitable organization with ties to the Thorne family.
Closed for over a decade, the property will reportedly be “preserved for private philanthropic functions.”
Residents have noted increased nighttime activity, including delivery trucks and private security. City officials state there is no active investigation connected to the site.
The foundation declined further comment.
The cathedral remains closed to the public.

They left out something very important. Every time those trucks came in, someone disappeared at the same exact time.
That place isn’t being “renovated.”
