Description:
Streamlined Navy

One Order, Three Stances

Six separate orders. One job. Every fleet.

Streamlined Navy folds them into one. A single "Sea Control" order handles at once:

– Project Power
– Interception
– Protect
– Raid Supply Lines
– Blockade
– Pirate Hunting

It comes in three stances, in case you want to give a fleet some direction: Offensive (hits harder), Balanced, or Defensive (more durable). Gentle values, no big rebalance.

Port Bombardment and Privateering stay as their own orders.
The AI ingame is left untouched.

Why I made this

A thread on r/victoria3 nailed it: three buttons for what is really one job. I took it further and folded six into one.

Compatibility
Built for 1.13. English, German, French, Russian, and Simplified Chinese. Overrides only the naval mission types file, so it plays nicely with most mods.

Savegame safe
Add it to a running campaign or remove it again at any time.
It writes no save data, so nothing breaks. A fleet that was mid-order just needs a new one.
