This mod adds a variety of legendary artifacts (mostly weapons) to various characters according to Warcraft lore.
Are these artifacts overpowered? Very.
Do they all have good stats? Shrug. Some of them are incomplete/need more, but it’s done enough to be functional.

There’s also a decision to reseed missing artifacts to random NPCs if they disappear via lack of inheritor or other Paradox Feature.
