High-rise buildings on Leninsky avenue
I would like to introduce you to the high-rise buildings on Leninsky Prospekt. These 25-story buildings were constructed according to a custom design using elements from a standard catalog (“Mosproekt-1 Unified Frame”). The first floor (stylobate) of the building features a spacious lobby with a concierge desk, as well as administrative offices, which is why these buildings are considered high-quality housing in the game. A total of three such buildings were constructed. They were erected in 1976–1977 and, at the time of construction, were the tallest buildings in the area.
The buildings were designed by a team at the “Mosproekt-1” studio under the leadership of architect Y. B. Belopolsky.
These late-modernist residential buildings will fit perfectly into the cities of your republics!
