Pop Demand Tweaks Updated

If Ferrous ever rises from the dead, deleting this mod will be done on request.
For the most part, this is a very barebones update just to make it work with 1.13. Changes made are:
– Added obsessions to the file, so now China can hopefully get addicted to Opium again.
– With the addition of the stimulants category by Paradox, I’ve removed Sugar from basic foods and Tea and Coffee are no longer part of the intoxicants.
-Re-aligned some of the numbers because I re-added cars and radios to leisure goods and tinkered with some other weights. This will need testing and you’re welcome to give feedback because so far it’s just vibes.
I don’t really have any design philosophy, I just liked this mod and wanted to play with it again.
Compatibility:
This replaces the entire file but with the modding changes brought by EU5 that came to Vicky3, it’ll probably work with most mods as long as they just inject things.
An example would be Morgenröte which I think only does that so the compatibility patch is no longer needed (but no guarantee that the weights make sense).
