CK3’s right-side message feed does not have a hard cap. In some situations, such as executing a large number of prisoners at once or receiving a heavy burst of late-game event results, the feed can accumulate a large backlog and cause serious slowdown. If you notice that the game becomes noticeably smoother after right-clicking to clear all messages, this mod can automate part of that cleanup and save your mouse some wear.

This mod limits the right-side message feed to 20 rendered entries. When 20 messages are visible and more messages are still queued, it automatically clears 15 already-visible entries while keeping 5 visible entries, allowing the backlog to drain faster.

This mod is only useful when the right-side message feed can build up a large backlog. If your mod list and playstyle do not usually create this problem, for example if you do not execute hundreds of prisoners at once, you probably do not need this mod. Its approach is aggressive: the feed only displays 20 messages, so you may miss or have less time to review some messages.
