Description:
武松励志传 / Wu Song’s Aspirational Tale

This is a CK3 story-event mod inspired by the character relationships in *Water Margin* and *Jin Ping Mei*, built around an exclusive personal storyline for Wu Song.

This mod attempts to expand Wu Song beyond the legendary hero who slew the tiger at Jingyang Ridge, turning him into a character who can truly experience fate, revenge, exile, desire, sworn brotherhood, and resurgence within the world of CK3. Starting from his humble outlaw origins, he will gradually go through a series of events including the old case in Qinghe, the turmoil of Yanggu, the blood feud with the Ximen household, life as a fugitive in the jianghu, the old pact of Liangshan, and the gathering at Mount Erlong.

NTR Warning! NTR Warning! NTR Warning! NTR Warning!

Of course, if you choose the Water Margin hero route, then just pretend I said nothing~

Main Features

  • An exclusive long-form event chain for Wu Song
  • The story begins automatically at the start of the game and gradually unlocks later events
  • The Jingyang Ridge tiger-slaying episode and a tiger-skin artifact
  • Storylines involving revenge in Qinghe County, Ximen Qing, Pan Jinlian, and Granny Wang
  • Two branching routes, including the sister-in-law route, the Water Margin hero route, and more
  • Appearances by Lu Zhishen, Song Jiang, Chai Jin, Lu Junyi, Wu Yong, Zhang Qing, Sun Erniang, and other characters
  • Exclusive artifacts, character modifiers, relationship changes, and follow-up events
  • Centered on long-form Chinese story text, with an emphasis on character psychology, jianghu atmosphere, and dark medieval storytelling. The English version uses a toned-down story text because it was translated with AI. If you can provide a better translation, I would be very grateful!

How to Play

After selecting Wu Song and entering the game, the story will begin automatically shortly after the start and gradually lead into the following event chain.

For the full story experience, it is recommended that you play as Wu Song and try to follow the event choices as the narrative progresses.

Style Notes

This mod is not simply a stat-enhancement mod. It is a literary character-focused mod with a strong emphasis on story, relationships, and event-driven roleplay.

The story contains darker themes such as revenge, betrayal, marital ethics, life as a fugitive in the jianghu, violent conflict, and adult relationships. Its overall tone is closer to CK3’s own dark medieval storytelling rather than a lighthearted adventure.

Compatibility

This mod mainly adds new events, character storylines, artifacts, and modifiers. In principle, it does not heavily overwrite vanilla content, which means compatibility should be very good.

Author’s Note

This is a personal story mod that is still being continuously improved. More branches, event backgrounds, character interactions, artifact effects, and multilingual text may be added in the future.

If you like Wu Song, the heroes of Liangshan, or want to experience a more complete, darker, and more jianghu-flavored Chinese character story in CK3, I hope this mod can bring you a different kind of playthrough experience.
