Why make this mod?

In EU4, players could revoke the hereditary rights of the Pronoia after reforming the Pronoia system. However, this is not possible in EU5, so I decided to implement this feature in EU5.

What exactly does this Mod do?

New subject type added: Non-Hereditary Pronoia. Effect: Same as Pronoia, but all marriages within the country are forbidden (to simulate the effect of revoking hereditary rights as closely as possible).
New diplomatic action added: Cancel Pronoia Inheritance. Usage conditions:
-1. This diplomatic option is only shown when the subject’s type is Pronoia, requiring at least 50 loyalty and less than 50 liberty desire.
-2. Have the law "Komnenian Pronoia" or "Reformed Pronoia"
Effect: Turns the country into a "Non-Hereditary Pronoia"
