Kevin Ryman is an American former police officer. A resident of Raccoon City, Ryman served in the Raccoon Police Department as part of a special division, and also made two applications to join the Special Tactics and Rescue Service. Ryman was one of the few survivors of the Raccoon City Incident, and retired from policing to find work in Miami, Florida.
