Description:

### Automation Buildings Restrictor

Adds toggle checkboxes to the Build Location left panel that allow/prevent the buildings construction automation from building:
– Forts (Stockage, Castle, Bastion, Start Fort, Fortress)
– Manpower Buildings (Sergeantry, Warrior Temple, Armory, Training Fields, Barracks, Regimental Camp, Conscription Center, Jurchen Barracks, Thema Headquarters, City Guard)
– Jewelers’ Guild (due to the depletion of precious metals required for minting)
– Local Governor
– Naval Governor
– Counting House (due to the depletion of precious metals required for minting)
– Minting Office (due to the depletion of precious metals required for minting)

Specifics and mod usage:

Initially the mod was implemented using the new `automation_build_allowed = no` building_types property, which was added for the new (as of 1.1.*) Local Governor and Naval Governor buildings as found in _in_game/common/building_types/capital_buildings.txt_. Tests proved that this property has no effect currently – even on the two new buildings that introduced the property in the first place.

The next best thing I could come up with was to add 4 checkboxes on the Build Location left panel.
While the checkboxes are unchecked, neither the automation, nor the human player can build the corresponding types of buildings. If you really want to make sure that the automation is not going to slip through an extra building of the type, make sure to pause the game before checking the needed checkbox and keep the game paused while building manually and only after unchecking the checkbox resume the game.

This mod has not been tested in Multiplayer games!!!
