Description:

As it stands now, for some reason Columbian Exchange is quite a brief situation. Paradox is going to improve it allegedly in 1.4, but as we are in 1.3 yet, we have to get with what we got… or do we? The situation is actually pretty easily moddable, so I decided to take old mods for this as inspiration and do what I can to make it: 1) more fun to use, 2) make AI better at using it (stopping the spam but still allowing them to do the actions), 3) extend it until the end of the game, while starting at Reformation instead of Absolutism.

Exact list of changes:
Starts 100 years earlier – at 1537, after Age of Reformation starts – consistent with mass-scale colonization and exchange in real life;
Never ends – just like in real life, where countries in Americas and overlords in Africa and Asia continued the exchange well into 20th century;
AI tweaks – they will only use it if demand for a certain good is higher than supply by 1 (less can just be brought in via trade, but right now in vanilla they still spam if demand is higher by 0.01), and their willingness for the action is decreased 4 times across the board, but not disabled;
Broad changes to available climates for exchange goods;
Added a new exchange good – tea;
Changed prices for exchanges – 2 prestige and 150 gold for a new world good, and 1 prestige and 100 gold for an old world good – 5 prestige is astonishingly much for most, but prestige cost is still needed so no one can spam them with just money.
