New normalization routines for the little storage pads in front of them.
Developed due to the frustrations of folks with the new Powered Mechanical Storage Depot Warehouses.
This is a must have mod when using Shuttle Reservation System A.I. The Normalize Pads functions helps the A.I. perform better.

Adjustable Crane Speed
Four settings from Normal to Fastest – Mod COnfig Reborn settable
Default is fastest without MCR
This mod changes the crane speed of the existing powered storage depot warehouse to its maximum state.
At its maximum crane speed the powered warehouse can keep up with full load and unload tasks of the RC Transporter.
As a result you can use the RC Transporter to move all of the resources at Transporter speed.
Adjustable Crane Pause Time
Normaly the crane pauses for a length of time between pickups and drops. You can adjust that pause now if you like the animation.
Default is shortest pause – settable with MCR
Demolish
Normally you need to evacuate all stock from a Mech depot before you could demolish it.
Now this is bypassed. Demolish the Warehouses anytime and the resources contained will be piled up in its wake.
Normalized Pads
New routines now try and keep between 20-35 items on the delivery pad at all times so any drone or shuttle wont need to wait for either a delivery or the stock to be shifted.
This increases all efficiencies for delivery.
This mod uses the new Mod Config Reborn giving you the ability to change some parameters.

This mod re-writes mechanized storage default classes.
This means it is not compatible with any other Storage Mod that re-writes any of the classes I re-write.
I do not know what will happen if you load another mod that alters these classes. Use at your own discretion. Report bugs on the bug report discussion.
