Description:

1.汉化Nolan的Silencer / Suppressor Mod的41版本
2.删除左轮枪的可安装消音器的特性，因为左轮枪的结构安装消音器没有效果（私以为）
3.新增消音器模型

1.Chinese version of Nolan’s Silencer / Suppressor Mod version 41
2.Remove the characteristics of the installable silencer of the revolver, because the structure of the revolver has no effect on the silencer (private thought)
3.Add a new silencer model
