Campaign Movement Limit increased by 80%

One Turn Technology for Yellow Turbans and Eight Princes Campaign

500% more trade influence

Unit Recruit at 10

Garissons now receive 500 xp per turn

General XP from battles and assignments increased by 10,000%

Players can also now perform spy actions without cost to cover / network

AI Modifications

AI Buffs : Yes I buffed the AI to make the game less boring

AI now receives 40% reduction in recruitment cost and upkeep including 20% more income from all sources

AI also receives debuffs, their units lose xp per turn (Experimental) including recruiting only at rank 1 despite tech bonuses.
