Every level, Blue Baby is given a choice of two items. He must pick one of them – possible items include fan-favourites such as Bob’s Brain, Isaac’s Heart, Curse of the Tower, Marked, Soy Milk, Plan C, and many more…
*Character: Blue Baby.
*Goal: Chest (Normal Mode).
*Inventory: My Little Unicorn.
*Extra info: Two collectibles spawn at the start of every level – you must take one of them.
No Curse of the Blind, Labyrinth, or Maze. No Sacrifice Rooms, Dice Rooms, Shops, or the Blue Womb. No pills.
