Effect: Increases speed and damage, but prevents red hearts from spawning. However, you fully heal at the start of every floor.

Cursed Heart is a passive item that fits into a high risk, high reward playstyle. Increasing damage by +1.0 and speed by +0.4, the benefits you reap are powerful. However, no more red hearts will spawn for the rest of the game. To combat this, you also fully heal at the start of every floor. As long as you can survive each floor with the amount of heart containers you have plus soul hearts, you will move on to the next floor.
