Fix bug to support MoH campaign

Added feature to get higher grade horse.
If you reach at Lv 5, new horse would be equipped automatically.
(Refined horse is guaranteed, Exceptional grade could be received with 25 % and Unique grade DOES with 3%)

This mod distributes weapon and armour automatically upon character level.

If you reach at Lv 4, refined grade arms would be equipped.

If you reach at Lv 7, exceptional grade arms would be equipped. (you may get Unique grade with 3%)

If they are faction leaders, exceptional grade arms would be equipped at start.
– If the leader already worn unique arms, then it skips.

A.I. also follows this rule.

It may be compatible with other mods surely, since this is pure scripted mod.
