Grand Campaign and Hannibal at the Gates

This mod adds a bonus income to the capital of Carthage. The aim is to increase the survivability and expansion of the major empires. There are several more mods that add a bonus income to other empires. You can subscribe to each one to stay modular or subscribe to the all in one Major Factions mod.

Accidentally having the Major Factions mod and the four singular mods will not hurt anything, its only redundant.

Trade and resources are not affected
